If life throws a curveball and you need to cancel your booking, we try to keep things fair for everyone. Our spots fill up quickly and the Sandveld does not hold seats open, so here is how our cancellation process works.
- If you cancel 5 calendar days before your booking date, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel 4 or fewer calendar days before your booking date, you receive 50 percent of your payment back.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date, there are no refunds. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control, you may select a new date. This must be emailed to us within 7 calendar days of cancelling.
- Any new dates chosen must fall within 2 months of your original arrival date. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee the same campsite number or chalet. Rebooking is based on what is available.
- You may change your date once for free. If you request another change after that, the full payment will unfortunately be forfeited.
- If any of the conditions above are not met, payments will also be forfeited.
